How much did you gain and kept off one pro hormone cycle (it can be any one of your cycles obviously)

I gained around 32 pounds. Also i wish to add, i used just after dieting, even when im nat, i usually gain around 10 pounds in a week after i start bulking.

TRANSDERMAL.
1 AD 150 mg
4 AD 300 mg.
For 6 weeks.
Gained around 35 pounds, again it was after dieting for 10 weeks, i usually gain 10 pounds the first week of eating many more calories. I think its to do with faecal matter in the intestines, its obvious, when you eat less, your body makes less waste, when you eat more, your body produces more waste and more waste = heavier than less.

On all cycles i go around 500-600 cals a day above BMR, and try to eat more protein, because like steroids, these compounds cause the body to use more protein for muscle growth, as oppose to less when natural.
I did not gain any fat on all cycles.

PH/PS are very potent compounds IMO. Steroids are just quite a bit stronger.

I have been taking 20 mg M1t and 750 mg oral m4-ad. These are my results in 15 days:

Yes, but he's supprised that an -8- week cycle helped someone gain 20 pounds. If you're just lifting naturally you can gain 1-2 pounds a week, so he only gained an extra 10 pounds. That's expected for the power of PHs.
