Offseason I'm usually no more than 12% and during competition I come in around 6-7%....

Cool thanx, I was 25% about a year ago, I'm 20% now, I weigh 250 lbs, and it's my goal to get down to 10% anyway. And I'm considering doing a few competitions in the future to see if I like it . It was never my plan in the beggining but I've had a few reputable locals encourage me to.

off season: never ever more than 10% bf .... usually around 8%
comp: 4%
last contest, it was the first time than I saw muscle fibers (ripped) in my butt!!!!!!
I'm far from being the biggest on stage, but I'm always the most ripped one!!

Well you should compete. It's alot of fun and the best part about it is that you get yourself in great shape. Just have fun with it. Don't get too caught up in it like some people do.
