I was wondering if it is OK to mix with my protein shake?
I have taken creatine in the past before working out and now I read to take after...so is it post or pre workout?

Taking it once before and after workout usually means your sitting on the toilet in a couple hours. If you use it pre workout, its only for strength training only. You will not get bloated but won't get the growth benefits of creatine either. Twice a day including post workout is for size and is the way the majority of bb'ers will use it. It use it pre for cutting though to minimize strength losses.

just went and ate....i can't ride my bike anywhere..it's all jacked up...some drunk **** like kicked it and bent the tire and i found out who it was and i told my friend (who lives 3 doors down from him) to tell him next time he talked to him that i wanted $30 or i'd rip his head off...
then a few days later someone unscrewed my front tire and tried to roll my bike somewhere...lots of bikes get stolen here....actually more get stolen than not, we have a 52% stolen bike ratio here..lol =) Turns out whoever tried to steal my bike had left it since they couldn't wheel it to whereever they wanted to, so i never took that guys money.MOD @ www.anabolicminds.com
