Something to increase appetite?
Dunno if I am posting in the right place, but I am looking for something to increase my appetite. I eat till I feel like puking all the time, but I cannot seem to increase my appetite at all. I need to take more calories in daily, but I can't seem to get more than 4000 a day - what gives? anything that you can recommend?

vitiman b-12 is supposed to help a lot. what i had to do at first was eat really small meals every couple hours. after your body gets used to being feed every couple hours you begain to become hungary around these times. then after a while slowly increase the size of the meals. also take in some omega fats for extra calories you don't need an appetite to gulp down some flax oil or natural PB.

No wonder you have no appetite. You shouldn't eat untill you feel like puking..that will just screw your stomach up for the rest of the day and make it harder.
Start eating small, frequent meals so you get used to it..gradually add more in.
Also try drinking calories instead of eating. Drink a protein shake with a lot of oil like flax or even olive oil...1tbsp of oil is like 100 calories. Plus it's a little easier on your stomach because that would be a couple ounces of food unlike a huge 2lb plate of real food.

Drink a glass of wine half an hour before your meal, it will increase your appetite, plus it has been proven 2 glasses of wine a day is healthy. Don't do it before breakfast though

Well, the reason I eat till I can't no more, is too increase the expected size of my meals. It worked for a while, I was eating larger portions more often, but it has definately made it tough to increase now - its like it does the opposite.
I was told Candied ginger helps digestion and increase in appetite.
Does anyone have more info on liver pills?

Hummmmm.. I actually lift for strength mainly. I wanna look good, but my concern is weight increase and strength in the gym. So lifting to my max potential is always on my mind.
