ive got like 20 mins to get up & put my contacts in, **** together, brush teeth, etc. (waste like 5 falling asleep again in the process). so i dont have much time... i usually get my dad to make about 10 biscuits at a time the night before & i wrap one in saran wrap (sp?) & grab a bottle of watter & take it to school... not much but im trying to lose weight & this is to get my metabolism up earlier.
it was either this or poptarts, so you know....16 years old
5'10"
180lbs.
Bench: 240 max
Squat: 265 max
Deadlift: 395 max
dammit my bench & squat are within 25lbs of each other... WHAT THE HELL

Yeh, well when you have work, 8 hours of school a day, plus lifting, AP Vergil and College Math to study for plus the other four classes your taking and oh yeh sleep(4-7 hrs if that) a day. Getting up is never easy. Cut us some slack, no one is perfect.

im the kind of person who cant get out of bed if it were a life and death matter
i love sleep....so whenever i get up, its usually to do the bare minimum before i head out of the house....if i have the time, its usually Vector Cereal (1 or 2 bowls) and some yogurt...maybe a banana or two....bit of OJ sometimesIn the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp
canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center.
You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life.
You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower.
And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn,
laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway.

Black Angus Steak.
Just kidding...I wish...
Frosted Mini Wheats When I have milk (Decent Protein, Good Fiber, just has quite a few carbs)
Oatmeal when I don't have milk.
...and if you count it as breakfast... part of a protein bar.
Heck.. I don't eat 6 meals.. I eat one long continous meal with random spikes around "normal meal hours"
Breakfast
30 minutes-hour half of a protein bar
30 minutes-hour the other half
Lunch - stuff myself with a nice turkey sandwich, skim milk, and whatever else my college cafeteria has that isn't total carb garbage
30 minutes-hour Beef Jerky and or Mixed Nuts
30 minutes-hour and again....
Dinner Whatever I can scrounge up from my dorm that is decently healthy...
30 minutes-hour on throughout the night...: Mixed Nuts and Jerky
Oh yeah.. and I drink a crapload of water. lol... I AM NEVER FULL ARRGGGGGG... That is my meal schedule that is **self controlled** too... yeesh man, If I could eat all I wanted My caloric intake would be enough to feed 50 starving kids in a 3rd world country.... I'm sure that's true for many of you but I'm just always hungry and it's hard to get used to (I'm trying have more self control and stay cut)Kid: *Looks at the veins in my arms* "WOAH! Are you on crack or something?!"

I usually have a few pieces of toast with peanut butter or a bowl of All Bran or Nutri Grain.
Once I get some whey though (fingers crossed within the next week) i might try blend it with some oatmeal and a couple of eggs or whatever recipes i steal from u guys .
ON Choc whey good with oatmeal? I'm willing to try just about anything because I can't eat oatmeal as a cereal...I just can't...no ammount of splenda or cinamon makes it taste any better. It's being a part of the Red, White and Green that makes me a Rooting Machine.
