I take like a 1/4 of my serving pre......1/2 during and 1/4 after....
I use Xtend and it seems to work well.
Im not a huge believer of dosing on non workout days or times of day....thats what Whey and Caseinate is for...much more cost effective.
Oh and of course real food also lol lol lol.

***5 weeks/6.3lbs lost=1.26lbs per week***
(right on schedule for going under 280lbs by Late summer @ 220-225lbs+ in LBM...)
Of course lifetime Natural and RAW 100%.
