    What are some good exercises for the middle head of the triceps?

    I am not sure what you mean by "middle" head. There is a long head which is the upper back part of your arm, and outer head, which is the part on the outside of your upper arm, and the medial head, which is actually the lower part of the triceps.

    If you mean "medial" head, good exercises are: Parallel bar dips, keeping your body upright, bench dips (hands behind back), one arm extensions behind neck, pushdowns with a straight bar, keeping your elbows next to your body, and kickbacks with a dumbell.

    I agree. I've never been a big fan of "micro managing" my body.
