lol i wish i do sometimes when i power clean they tell us to keep it as close to our body's as possible so close that when we lift the bar the bar should actually lift our shirt on the way up

Um... I'm trying to think of any exercise that puts you at risk of hitting yourself in the penis and I seriously can't think of anyone, unless your form is borderline - nay - completely epileptic.

only time ive seen this happen was with a bar that wasnt well secured doing T-bar rows. that and the guy was holdin it too far down.
