    should i train westside ??

I just read an article "How NOT to train westside", and in conclusion he said that it is a program that can not be picked by its own.

10 miles away from my house is a gym, but there are only bodybuilders, and that kind that dont even do legs.
I dont know any powerlifters in my country, and i havent even heard about them anywhere.
My partner has seen a barbell first time in his life when he came to me.

    So...
when im so ****ed with all this
should i train westside or stick to some simple method like 3x3 or some other **** ?

"I ask you lord why you enlightened me,
Without the enlightment of all my foes,
He said cuz I set myself on a quest for truth,
And he was there to quench my thirst,
    But I am still thirsty..."

look at www.defrancostraining.com, read the article "westside for skinny bastards". I recommend doing that to start with, especially if you are athletes
