I believe in cheat meals on certain occassions and such but I never drink sugar filled soda its just really bad. hah! what a stupid question.
Of course any pop - especially mountain dew is bad for you and will not help your bodybuilding gains at all! Its nothing but sugar, empty calories, and a lot of it. It will rot your teeth, and decay your brain and within time you will die of cancer because of pop.

diet coke has no sugar or calories, so it wont cause fat gain
it still has chemicals it in and aspartame, wont make u fat, but still doesnt beat good old water
i try to stick to just 2 drinks, water or skim milk

there is no soda that is good for you!!!!!!!
prolly the best soda is Diet Rite.. 0 calories, and made with splenda.
But it still isnt GOOD for you!
and all sodas have acid in it, which is not good for you or your teeth
so the answer to your question is: h20. water. forget the pop. WATER!

I think the message people are trying to get across is that no soda is going to be good for you. If you are talking about one that won't carry all the massive calories and sugar then I would go with a splenda based soda, aspartame is ok.Originally Posted by DahKid
