Cant gain shoulder strength
Hello,
I've been working out for awhile, & I've been gaining lots of strength,& gaining muscle, but I can't seem to gain much shoulder strength. I started strength training 7 months ago,& I've gone up about 10 lbs. It's super frustrating. Is there a way i could increase my shoulder strength? Why is this happening?

How much have your lifts gone up in these last 7 months? And what is your exact routine?
