    Lightbulb deadlift mixed grip - alternate?

    will it lead to any sort of imbalance if i always use right hand pronated, left hand supinated? i feel much stronger and more secure that way

    And even if it did, there's no reason you can't reverse the grip with each set.

    I do that. I tend to supinate my right, but every time I think of it, I swap them.

    I do 3 sets of deadlifts. First set (heavy weight) mixed grip, second set (heavy weight) mixed grip opposite the first and third set (lower the weight) regular grip.
