creatine will not help you lose fat, nor will you gain it. creatine is a cell-vol. which stores water in your muscle cells. read the stickys

it dosent really build muscle it inlarges the cells with water retention plus when you build muscle you dont really lose fat, most people gain alittle fat during a bulk cycle
