No sweat bro. I started at that same weight too. For one, you cant get rid of your sholder blades, they are there to stay. Two, its genetics. Some people have more defined blades than others, myself for an example. I have a very well developed back and my blades are still noticable. You also have to remember that your body should be proportional. So just working your back wont do too well. You need some hefty shoulders to go along with your back. I do lat pull downs(back and front) Deltoid raises and such. Another great one for your shoulders and upper back are shrugs. Grab some 50lb dbs and shrug till you drop. You will be suprised that the more upper body exercises you do, the more your back will be developed. Give it time.

theyll become less noticable over time. i used to have what your sayin. just keep hitting your back hard. another thing i noticed with it was that posture also has an effect on it. if your shoulders slouch forward too much the your blades will stick out more. if thats the case then work on fixing your posture as well, although once your back continues to get stronger that will help fix it.

hehe reminds me of me!
When i first started lifting covering these bones up was one oof my biggest goals! I wish i could of took a pic of how my blades looked coz it was very weird, i have a single pointy bone that sticks out each side.. it was very noticable.
But lots of rows and pullups/downs e.t.c completely covers em up after a while. Give it time and go hard with your back workouts and you will never see them again after a whileMy journal http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5662511

Well looks like I am going to have to eat everything in the house again.
lol
It will be a ways before I dont see my collar bone or ribs :P
Lets just say I hope to be 125 somewhere in the near future....
I have a crazy fast metabolism, so fast it isnt even funny. I can eat more food then most giant starving people can, but It hasnt had too much effect until now, I think the whey's helping me a bit.

Yeah I will try those, but I think I am going to need to have a constant stream of food flying into my mouth at the same time... lol
The only advantage I have over the big guys is since I have such a small frame, my muscles look much bigger than the 11.5in that they actually are.
