I can't eat eggs raw or anything, so what's the best way to eat eggs for breakfast, the healthiest. Is there any "better" way?

eating raw eggs is ridiculous. ive done it before and it tastes discusting. Why not just scramble your eggs. their is no BETTER way to prepare your eggs. Cooking them does not take away, or destroy any nutritional value. I scramble mine every morning and they are delicious every morning.

Nutrition Values are usually on the bottom of the lid in a typical egg-box.

<-- everything about em.
Best way to cook eggs is with a good oil; like olive-oil. It's a good source of fat.
Some prefer to stay away from the fat-content of the egg itself, so they seperate the yolk from the egg-white. A good mix is 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg.
For a quick snack and on the go; and also something easy to store in a fridge; I suggest boiled-eggs.
Add vegetables and a piece of wheat-toast to your eggs for breakfast; and you got a well-balacned meal to fuel your day!Working off 10 years of del-taco is hard.

yolk's the best part nutritionally.
i'll usually buy a dozen and a half of eggs a week and hard boil them to eat throughout the week. it's easy to cook, and really not that bad tasting. drop them in a pot of water; bring them to boil; reduce heat, cook for 12 minutes or so. rinse them under cold water, stick them in the fridge.
in the mornings i'll usually fry up two or three eggs, sunny side up, drop them on a piece of toast or two, top with a slice of cheese and douse with ketchup.
i love eggs though.... scrambled, poached, steamed, never nuked though... (hmmmm)
