Why do some thermogenic supps say they can only be taken 5 days a week or otherwise?

Why do some thermogenic supps say they can only be taken 5 days a week or otherwise? The one I got says you can take 2-3 caps up to 2x per day but only for 5 days per week max. Why is that?

I started out taking one cap twice daily on Thurs and Fri and haven't taken any today. I had planned on taking weekends off from the supp. What do you think?

I guess my main concern is I don't want to be taking too much of this. The highest I am going to take is one cap three times daily of this product. Do you think I could take it more than 5 days per week or just stick to the 5 days per week?

if its just a standard non eff thermo. odds are they do it for effectiveness more than anything. all thermos should be cycled. i usually do 4 week cycles. straight with no breaks in the middle. some do 5/7 days for 4 or 5 weeks. it is just a different way to cycle.

cycling also increases the efficiency of the thermo so your body doesnt get used to the caffeine.
