    how do u make ur hip bones stand out more

    im 17 and ive been working out for a few years now i have a pretty good six pack but i want to get my hip bones to stand out more. what can i do to acheive this?

    He means the two things that stick out on each end of an 8-pack, I think.

    You can't change your bone structure, you can however lower your BF to a level where they stick out in comparison, which I wouldn't recommend. The outward hips are pretty disgusting.

    I dunno why the hell you'd want bony hips..

    But being the skinny kid that I am (8% BF) my hip bones are visible right below my pants line. I think its just a matter of bodyfat.
