    how can u cut without losing muscle gains.

    i'm on my way to bulk but i'm afraid that I will lose my gains when I cut.

    how can I do this, without losing any gains.

    please help...........
    5'11
    158 lbs
    29 waist
    14 1/2 biceps

    goal

    173 lbs
    29 waist
    15 1/2 biceps

    bigger chest, shoulders, calves, quads


    soon til I bulk... bulk weight: 180 lbs.

    By manipulating your carbs. The trick is to eat enough to refuel your muscle glycogen (by eating them right after your workout) but that's it so your body burns fat for fuel. It takes experimentation, but as a rule of thumb, the more "endomorphic" you are, the less carbs you need.
