cycling off creatine, but still taking NO-Xplode....
Hi all, I have a simple question about cycling off creatine and still taking NO-Xplode.
I've been on creatine now for close to 2 months and i decided to cycle off for about two weeks then load back up on it since i got some new micronized powder instead of non-micronized like i was using.
So my question is, while cycling off the creatine, if i'm still taking NO-Xplode on workout days, which i believe has around 5g of CEE, is that going to mess with me cycling off creatine monohydrate?
Thanks in advance.

well i was also asking in regards because i've heard that no xplode only has 1gram of CEE per scoop from some people and 5grams from others. Also since i was only taking it on workout days i wasn't sure if it would make a difference.
And yes i've read plenty of things saying that there is no scientific evidence showing that cycling off creatine provides better results, but i ran out and didn't take any for a couple of days while waiting for my new micronized to come in.. so i figured i'd just cycle off for a bit.

dont worry theres not enough creatine in no xplode to make a difference.
Where did you hear its 5g? Its like 1g per scoop.

you should be doing things the other way around if anything...ie. cycle noXplode and keep creatine constant.

You should definitely cycle on and off NO Xplode, not creatine.
Anyway, NOXplode contains Muscle Volumizing Creatine Matrix and CEM3 (Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate) AND Di-Creatine Malate.
It probably has anywhere from 3-5 grams of creatine.

3-5g creatine = 3-5 scoops

thanks for all the feedback thus far. i completely understand that creatine does not need to be cycled. I was simply taking a week off due to running out of my creatine and not being able to take any for several days, i thought it would be fine to just take a week off and then re-load back on it.
Also another question if anyone is able to answer...
If i'm lifting in the morning and taking NO-Xplode before i lift and then my creatine post-workout and then later on in the day (5g each time), are those times fine to be taking my creatine? I read that the most beneficial times are when you first wake up, 30 minutes before lifting and post-workout, but since i'm already taking no-xplode, would it be more beneficial to just put 5g of creatine with the no xplode preworkout and the other 5 grams post?

eh you should be fine how you're taking it....you may not even need to take that much creatine. 5grms seems like enough to me but that's just my opinion.

well everything i've read stated that a good maintenance phase was 5-15 grams, and since creatine is so cheap, might as well go with 10grams a day instead of 5 if it can only do good right?
