Is it possible?
I had set the goal for myself to be 170lbs at the end of June, I aimed for 160lbs by the end of may and met it. I am currently hanging around 163lbs +/- ... my question is ... is it possible for me to meet the 170lbs realistically? I am currently on a very high intake of healthy fats/protein, 4 shakes a day, drinking a gallon of 2% every two days, TM,NOEx,CM stack.
What can I do in the next week to meet this goal? I need to for motivational purposes. No contest or fight, just want to meet it.

the end of june is very near. But yeah ground up like pounds of beef and eat 6 times a day, down shakes with oats and ****... you know it may not be all LBM your gaining tho

your gonna need to eat more like 9 times a day bud. get atleast 5000 cals a day. 6 times is for like...what a person should normally do if just wanting to stay health. 9 is bulking heavy. and 7-8 is body building.

@ Murphy, I am not totally looking for LBM just want the weight on me so that I can meet my goal mentally I suppose. I know it is putting it, I guess I can up my water intake a bit as well.

Well I am in the middle of bulking, still have 2 months left of it. I am not really worried about leaness of my body, I can cut and lose the fat no problem. Currently my calorie count per day is roughly 4000-4500.

Any idea where I can implement the new "meals" or what they should be or how heavy they should be? I am currently on a 5 meals a day which all are very high in protein.

Diet currently:
Wake - Protein shake
Shower
Breakfast - 1 cup yogurt, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 2 glasses of milk
Snack - Protein shake, some trailmix
Lunch - Two Tuna sandwiches, a couple pickles, 1 cup of cottage cheese with fruit of some sort
Snack - Protein shake
Pre - 3 scoops NO Explode
Workout
Post - Cellmass and protein shake
Dinner - 2 chicken breast, 1 cup rice, steamed veggies, 2 glasses of milk
Snack - 1 cup yogurt with granola and Cell mass
Throughout the day I drink approximately 150oz of water including during workout. I rarely cheat in any way shape or form.

I was wearing a $200 pair of board shorts. Not sure if you noticed but I was lifting them up so that you can see my leg progress. Look at the picture on my profile so that you can see plainly what I a mean.

Your weight is just a number at this point. I suggest you focus on looking better by the end of June instead of achieving your weight goal. I think you could gain 2-3 pounds max and you'll surely achieving 170, but a little later.

drink a gallon of water before getting on the scale, and youll be 170.
hahah, im trying to gain a lot of weight to, mostly LBM, but wouldnt care to put on anything. I am only like 7% body fat, seeing i use to be skinny my whole life, and putting weight on is extremely hard.
Unless you go all out, and put your heart in it, you will not reach your goals. Your work and attitude show how much you want to reach your goal.
So go eat and lift. =) gl man
