Finaly I hit over 300 raw in bench. I am pretty happy with this..it was very easy and i definitly had more in me, and I think if i wasn't so tired from the day I would have gotten 315. The reason I think this is because the 305 was rediculously easy for a max attempt I went for 315 and got it halfway up, died at about 3bd level...I tried this twice and same thing each time.
Next week im going for 420 shirted, and then I will be taking 2 weeks to try to peak my raw strength. Then at the end of those 2 weeks that I am taking to peak I am going for 320, things should be interesting.
later guys

Holy Fukking crap! Hard to believe a 14 year old can lift that much, I have to see it to beleive it. Muscles aren't even fully developed at that age. What are you 5ft tall and 120 pounds? I know you said you're 180, that's a big freaking 14 year old but possible, lifting that much sounds shady. You have any pics? If you're for real....very awesome!

(don't let this inflate your head, but...)
That's outstanding man! 14 years old! Wow, you're gonna be a haus. Most 14 year olds look like, well... little boys. You're looking goddam near like a man! and you can bench more than the vast majority of men. I bet we'll be seeing big things from you in the future. Good job

hat-thanks brother i hope good things come in the future
jayj-thanks, i definitly will
blackeblaze-thanks man, i cant play football for a few reasons i dont really wanna talk about not tryin to b a dick tho
and a bench shirt is used in powerlifting competitions, its first reason was used to protect your shoulders and keep you warm. as the sport evolved the shirts kept getting thicker and thicker and now there is tripple denim and canvas and things of that nature. a bench shirt helps you off of the chest where most lifters are weaker and it gets you to where your stronger (top half of the bench). I myself use a single ply poly (titan fury) and i love it
