Let me get this straight, I eat a high fat diet on the weekdays and than sat and half of sunday, basically have a free day? And I lose bf like this? I tried the Natural Hormonal Enhancment, which calls for 7 days of having carbs under 20g, and than after the first 7 days you can up them to 60g of carbs a day and have a carb load meal every 3 and 4th day. I tried it and it was to hard.. I couldn't go 9 days straight with no carbs basically! So yea, I think I might try this type though.. how low do i have to keep the carbs and should i get them after my workout mainly?
