    Taking Size On with Hydrobuilder?

    Need some help guys. I am currently taking ON Hydrobuilder as a post workout supplement. I am planning to use Gaspari Size On as a intra workout supplement. Is it safe to use Size On + Hydrobuilder? Hydrobuilder has already 5 gms of creatine. Size On also has creatine. Would taking both of these be to much creatine? Thanks

    Is it safe? Yea. Is it cost effective? No.

    You would be consuming an unnecessary amount of creatine. Would be a waste.

    Size on has four grams of creatine.

    This is pretty much correct. Both have creatine and it would be overkill.
