Ive been taking Acetyl-L-carnitine for a week now and I have been having pain in my left trap muscle. It feels like a pinched nerve, and I have the same feeling in my left and right forearm. Its an on-and-off pain that happens throughout the day. Why is this happening?

What's your dose? Been taking ALCAR consistently for 2-3 years now between 10-20g daily.
But with having zero information about you or your dose, it's not from ALCAR; probably from improper training or something, fapping too hard, sleeping in a weird position, etc.Official Supp. Misc Beer Policeman

Pain comes with the territory bro. There's always pain when it comes to working out you just have to manage it. Make sure like stated above that your form is proper.
