    ritalin and bodybuilding

    i am on ritalin now, i feel stupid. are there any side effects. my dad is a docter and he told me that there arnt. but i want to know what you guys think.

    increased metabolisim is the only one i can see affecting your gains


    i used to be on ritalin and it gave me shakes and extreme anxiety

    Geez, ritalin is such a bad drug to take, I can't believe your dad told you their won't be any sideeffects... What you have to remember is that every drug has a side effect whether big or small.... I remember when my ****ing teaches said i should take it... My family doctor got so pissed and said it was bull****, that kids shouldn't be taking those things... I'm grateful she didn't prescribe it to me
