GNC Thermo Burst

Has anyone ever tried Pro Performance Thermo Burst. What was your experince with it. Is it a fat burner or what is it worth the money.

Its a cheaper fat burner that is out... but i think that it worked well... definitly gives you the energy... good luck

anything with GNC in front of it means low quality and high price.

though pretty much anything is going to be better than "GNC thermoburst", should have called it ThermoBUST

Yeah, I just got a bottle being that I bought into the GNC sales pitch. I took a bottle before I went running for around 35 minutes, and I believe I was actually more drained after my run than normal. This I found odd. People at work were saying GNC products suck as well, but I thought I'd try it.
MY thing is that I am not lacking energy AT ALL. I have plenty of energy, even when I work out and jog hard. The workout itself gives me energy, so I guess that kind of defeats the purpose of having the thermo burst. I guess I need a FAT BURNER that can help assist me with my problem areas (abs, back, love handles) so I can get cut in that region. We'll see if I can find something for that.

These people dont seem to be too experiencced with Thermoburst, I have been taking it for 3 years now, no side effects, only amazing energy whe you work out. I out do my roomates by hours and I only take two pills 30 mins before a work out. Give it a shot, I just bought a 180 tablet bottle today. I hate working out without it, it's caffine, and it works!! If you have questions feel free to ask!!

How big are the pills? Those giants ones are ridiculous.

I crush tablets, open capsules, and mix the liquids. and maaaannnnn it's naaaaasssssty.

it gives me energy and helps me through my morning workout. thats the only time i will take it. if i take it for my lunch workout which is around 2. i can't seem to go to sleep until late. i take 2 30 mins before workout. the pills aren't huge. but it gives you energy.

obviously, but GNC tends to engender that type of feeling.

I used the thermo burst from GNC and it worked great. i took about 3 before i worked out (15-20 minutes) prior and it worked awesome. i had alot of energy. i started taking 4 before i work out now and im only 180lbs and just turned 16. stuff is awesome!

It works for me. I don't like GNC products and how the company conducts business. However, Thermoburst worked well for me and still does. I keep it simple. Pre-workout like thermoburst, good protein, vitamins and fishoil.

I have tried several other fat burnners but this gave me most amount of energy. Usually I don't sweat, but Thermo made me sweat. I don't like GNC products either but this one is a exception. I want to try Melt Down for my next cut.

Hey I was wondering with supplements such as thermoburst it says take 3 an hour before your workout. should you take it like after a protein shake and hour before. or can you take it just an hour before your workout on it's own.

I was a Manager at G.N.C for Three years the guy salesman who probably introduced you to the pills it may have been he made a commission over the stuff. I tried the Thermoburst when it first hit the shelves in late 2003 and it was really good now the product sucks honestly i'm sorry to say. The only product from G.N.C I like is the Amplified creatine 189... Someone on here also stated Do Not buy anything from G.N.C that is true but if you cannot purchase on the web for whatever reason just when you enter a GNC store make sure you have done your research on what you need then go get it and wait for the first seven days of the month you'll save 20%. I never was one to send my customers to the product that gave the best commission on my pay but always was honest and advised them what are the best selling products and what I have used and always have them do there own research. But for all the ladies & Gents who work at GNC and just direct you to a product that makes them the most commission like Thermo Burst F.U ...

I liked GNC Thermoburst.... it wasnt great but it was good. It gives you some energy but mostly I noticed a high increase in stamina. Theres def better stuff out there but Thermoburst is cheap and decently effective IMO.

It's a good product BUT they have another one and it is called The Ultimate Thermo (something like that) and it WORKS!!!!! I have 2 bottles stash in my medicine cabient as a back-up.

I am 20 years old, 172lbs and have been working out pretty regularly. I started using thermo burst this week and have noticed immediate improvement in my energy for workouts. I usually take the prescribed 3 about 10-20 minutes before my workout with a combination of (3) twice a day multi vitamins and (3) omega-3 fish oil capsules. The thermo burst pills generally kick in about 10-15 minutes into the workout and last for hours afterward. I play inter mural soccer twice a week, usually 2-3 hours after my 1-1 1/2 hour workout, and I still have energy to kick around after that.

I give it 3 out of 5 stars. Sure its not the best product, but for the price, it does exactly what it says it does. IMO its not really a fat burner, just more of an energy suppliment. I take 3 pills 30 minutes before I run and I find can push myself harder for much longer. My only concern is how it affects your heart. Theres alot of caffine in that dosage so your HR and BP are gonna take a jump. To sum it up: try it for yourself. Its fairly cheap and gives you a good burst of energy.

I've been using thermo burst for about a year, its worked well gave me the energy i need at a pretty low price. I would recommend it to any1.

Yeah I have been using it for 3 years now. I used to get headaches the first year because my body is not used to caffeine since I don't drink coffee. I have discovered that not only does it give me energy and lose weight, it also tones my muscle. Because of that muscle tone, I look so much younger than I used to when I was fat. GNC where I live said they stopped carrying it, so I don't know what I'm going to do when my last bottle runs out.
