Myofusion Probiotic Vanilla Review!
First, I must thank Zach and Gaspari Nutrition for the speedy delivery of this DELICIOUS addition to my morning oatmeal

If I were still carbophobic, I'd despise this protein - however, I'm in recovery, so it wasn't an issue. On a more serious note, it is a lot of protein in a small amount of calories. The term probiotic refers to healthy digestive and immune function, however the fiber is low. I assumed with the amount of carbs, at least more of them would be from fiber.
Mixability
8.5/10
*I'm going to base this solely off of how it mixed with a fork for some Myofusion Vanilla Protein Pancake batter, and with a spoon in my oatmeal because I use a blender for my shakes, therefore it's never usually an issue with those.
*Will add pics in AM!
It mixed incredibly with egg whites and water for my protein pancake batter. I barely had to break up any clumps, although the fork may have helped. In my oatmeal, it was a bit less easy to mix up. I had to add some additional water because it became a chalky oatball instead. Maybe I used too much protein, but in the past one full scoop of powder has always been fine.
Texture
10/10
Gaspari really hit the nail on the head in the Probiotic series with this. The texture is perfect - I found the original version to be a bit too thick sometimes, but this series is perfect. It was super creamy for my pancakes and with a little baking powder, it reacted SUPER amazing.
Taste
8/10
The vanilla has a great taste to it, but it is easily masked by other things and, if not mixed properly, can taste very watered down. I really do enjoy the taste, but it's a bit of an effort to make sure it is strong enough to stand out. I really do prefer it over the MANY vanilla flavored proteins I have tried, though. The taste is fantastic for the fact that it contains no aspartame, though. I believe Gaspari will see an increase in sales for this reason (not that I particularly care).
Overall
9/10
It is an incredible product, as most Gaspari products are. The highlights of this product, as stated online:
"Incredible Taste, Mixes Easily.
Advanced six stage protein blend.
Patented Ganeden BC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086) Probiotic to support immune and digestive health.*
Features Whey Protein Concentrate, Brown Rice Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Casein Milk Protein Isolate, Egg Albumin, and fast acting Whey Protein Hydrolysate.
Over 9 grams of essential Amino Acids (EAAs) to support recovery.
Gluten and Aspartame free formula.
Manufactured in a SQF 2000 facility."
This protein powder has more packed into it than any other on the market, making it a stand-up product and an A+ in my book!

Thank you for the review and nice Xmas tree. Did you use the powder strictly for cooking or did you make a conventional shake as well? Since you mentioned the potential for a watered down taste, personally I go with 8oz:1scoop whenever I make mine.

Just for you, :P I tried a conventional shake with a shaker cup instead of the blender like I usually do. I tried the Milk Chocolate packet and it was SO DELICIOUS!! The taste is incredible. Best chocolate protein I've EVER had.
*With 8 oz of water and 10 seconds of shaking:
A few small clumps, barely any foam. ABSOLUTELY yummy stuffMy new beginning:
