Well, start working hard now and you can pretty much guarantee some nice delts by next June.

here's a nice delt routine:
after a real good warmup -
Seated DB Presses - 4 sets of 15
Bentover DB Raises - 4 sets 12-15
DB Side Raises - 4 sets of 15
Front Plate Raises - 4 sets of 15

This is pretty much a typical delt workout for me with some changeups every once in awhile. Not knowing what your workout level is you could cut it back to 3 sets per exercise and cut the reps back to 12.
Good luck!

to add to the list I would also suggest Heavy benching, Face Pulls, and seated Military Presses (low reps heavy weight). Also I saw a lot of my mass for my shoulders come from Clean and Presses. (its a full body deal but my shoulders thanked me for it.

But Sixbra is right until we know your level its really hard to give you advice on a rep and set scheme..

While training heavy with low reps is good for most bodyparts, stubborn bodyparts often respond best to higher reps. Especially on the torso, where low reps often serve to recruit the stronger bodyparts, which often have a higher percentage of Fast Twitch fibers.

The delts have a high percentage of Slow Twitch muscle fibers, so higher reps/shorter rest periods can work really well.

I would do 1 press, then 3 isolation exercises (1 for each head) for the delts, then 1 more exercise for the side delts. They can never be too big.

Use the exercises that feel best for you for the best results. Cable raises often work well for those who have difficulty "feeling" the delts.

one shoulder exercies i do is very much like plate raises, but i use a dumbbell. hold it vertically right in front of you with right hand over left, do half your set and then switch to left over right and finish the set.

I built some pretty good shoulders over the years. For me, it took heavy weight and I put a lot of emphasis on partials.

Here are a couple of articles Cap Those Delts and Caution! Shoulder Work Ahead

after your presses try cable side laterals

in general, to really build nice side delts u have to sort of become an expert on various forms of side laterals

cable side laterals
cable side laterals with cable behind body
db side laterals
db side "L" laterals (arms bent 90 degress)
lying side laterals
leaning side laterals

the various angles of laterals between side and front

etc
