I've paid a total of about $300-350k for 1% drunk. I don't use vodka anymore.

1) read the ingame help guide on the left hand side of the menu, written by EOR, this will help.

2) feel free to ask the misc for tips, help, and protection

Lied. I just used enought to give me 100% ba levels I'm not driving for a while.

I had 1 drink and totaled the car. Cost $216k to get back.

Later I had 1/4 of a drink and though all would be fine. Cop pulled me over and threw me in jail for like 2 hours. The only 2 hours I had to play at that time That cost about $90k to get the car back.
