Cutting: Skin issue

hey, i've been cutting for awhile now.. managed to lose a good amount of fat not too much muscle - which leads me to an issue of mine. I've got some lose soft skin - when i press down its like hard muscle just beneath soft droopy skin. is it normal to have it? also how long does it take for its elasticity to reveal more definition? thanks in advance

Gosh, you are only 19, your skin elasticity is at its peak right now. If you stay small it should shrink to fit in no time.

It's probably ideal to lose 1/2 lb per week or less. If you accelerate this pace, you might find a bit of a temporary lag with your skin resiliency.

For the future, try not to gain too much and protect your skin from UVA.
