Hey everyone. I am starting to do a full stack of supplements of applied nutriceuticals and wondering if anyone has any advice. I am currently not taking any and just been back lifting for about two months and have taken 40 pounds off but ready to push myself to the next level. Any advice is great.

I think that's far too much to start with. If you are just beginning, I think Neovar (our creatine product) would be a nice place to start. If you are more familiar with working out and would like a pre-workout, Uncut is our latest and greatest pre-workout capsule. Most users take 2-3 caps pre workout and seem to enjoy it. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Adding muscle while cutting fat is almost impossible to do. I think since you are still new to this (it sounds?), a structured training program would give you better results than any supplement will at this point. Consider a program like Layne Norton's PHAT, Wendler's 5/3/1, etc.

Thanks guys. I used to stack different supplements before I stopped working out a couple years ago. This is my first round with this brand and I have only been working out 2 months this time around. So I have been out of the game and got pretty out of shape. Coming bak faster than I thought it would though. I am for sure more concerned with cutting than building muscle. Everytime I have ever worked out I end up getting strong as crap but never have a cut up body so I am trying to do it differently this time higher reps and lower weight.

No I actually was reading up on that all night at work. I mean I watch everything I eat but haven't been writing it down I will probably start today and figure it out. I only drink water eat fresh meats and fish and veggies though. Today I am down 43 lbs in 2 months and 6 inches off my belly. 4 off my waist and 3 off my chest. So I know I am in a caloric deficit. I still have a ways to go and lots to learn I know so thanks for your help.

I was amazed at how quickly calories start adding up once you write everything down and keeping track of portions. It's real easy to rack up 1500+ in the first 2 meals of the day if you're not careful.
Good luck on your dieting and training, let us know if there's anything else we can do or if you have specific questions.

Hey guys. Alittle off subject but I'm about to start the Kris Gethin 12 week workout and he says for the twice a day cardio you only have to go hard enough to raise your heart rate but still be able to hold a convo with someone. Would it hurt to go hard on the cardio? Like run the whole time or row hard?
