anyone try B12 pills instead of NO2 products before a workout?

just purchased GNC B12-1000mcg.

compared to no2-xplode and nitrojack which is i believe 120mcg, 2000% D.V.

1000mcg = almost 17,000% D.V.

i take 1cc b12 shot once a week. i doesnt do anything for my pump. i do have more energy and waking up is much easier in the mourning
