Weight Bench

This bench is for sale on my local craigslist for 280$ (includes olympic set of weights, bar, curl bar, and lat attachment).

The author provided no other information like Model#, but I was just wanting to know if this was a good bench for the money

This is a really good bench, looks like you can move the bench and squat with it, yes it's a good deal, but not the greatest investment...

You are way better off buying a solid fid bench like bodysolid, bodycraft, lamar etc and then picking up a power rack like powertec, nybb, maybe bodysolid, lamar not sure...

Then just find a used or even new olympic set of weights and pick up 2 db handles and curl bar, your all set then
