it's already 7 pm and i've only been awake for 6 hours today. I love sleeping in, but today it just really messed me up. I feel dizzy, and i feel like i have no energy.

Yea, I know what you mean. Most of the time when I sleep in late I have no motivation to get up and do anything, and not much energy. I think 10 hours of sleep is probably the perfect amount, but when I go over that it seems to work backwards and then I have trouble getting to sleep early that night.

i only need like 6 hours of sleep to feel at my best. Has anybody noticed that getting only like an hour of sleep makes your sense of humor shoot up? I always crack funny jokes when im really tired
