But this is close to my natural build, before I got got caught up in the HIT crap and gained too much weight. I just want to lean out and have a toned upper body. I'm going to have to do alot of cardio, due to my blood pressure. Anyone have suggestions on a routine, and splits and number of days a week to workout?
