    Can't eat enough

I am having difficulty eating even though I am training hard. I dont throw up or anything, I just don't get hungry. I forget to eat to the point that I know my gains are suffering. Is there anything I can drink....like how good are meal replacers.....I don't want a ton of fat, but my caloric intake is definately low. Any help appreciated

Make sure you're eating a good breakfast every morning. It'll be a good start on your protein for the day (eggs, preferably mostly whites) and a solid carb source (oats). Then try to eat something with protein every few hours - tuna, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.

I've been using a MRP lately since it's hard to get good food here living in the dorms on campus. I'm using EAS Myoplex (42g protein, 20ish grams carbs, bunch of vitamins etc), usually in the mid-afternoon. It fills me up for at least 2-3 hours.
