Get some therapy or anti-depressants, or anti-psychotics. Seriously, there is nothing that we can tell you, it's up to your own will power.

You get them from a pharmacy via a psychiatrist or NP.

I find it kind of makes me a little less tolerant. Me and my girlfriend are fighting right now, so it couldn't have come at a worse time lol. I sort of have a bad temper when things don't go my way, so I'm making sure I just take it easy and breathe, breathe

I have never used steroids (I am still learning about them and wan to get all the info before I even THINK about actually doing it), but I have had problems with roid-like rage since puberty.
I have been to several psychiatrists since that age, and all have told me the same thing...there is nothing wrong with me mentally, all written and ink blot tests etc. normal. I have never hit a woman in my life, but I have sure scared the hell out of a few of them through my actions towards other men.
My current doc, (and I am not sure I buy all of it) says it has to do with like an Alpha Male complex and that I am addicted to the rage coursing through my body because it gives me a feeling of unstoppable power and abnormal strength. So even though I hate it on a conscious level, my subconscious says "Bring it on baby".
I used to be a paramedic before I formed my own business, and I have seen roid rage in individuals that juice (which is why I am taking my own sweet time learning), but I have no prior history on these guys as far as what were they taking and were they doing it correctly, and also if they were using anything else with the juice. I just know they were a mother fu$ker to take down even with police assistance. Again the only history we would have would be what friends or family on scene told us, and that info is DEFINATELY NOT always accurate.
All I can say is if you ever want to talk about it on here or through e mail bro I will lend you an ear....good luck

first what is your cycle like? from what i've seen posted by others tren is one that could enhance one to "roid rage."
aside from that i've known several relationships that roids were apart of their demise.
i think you should first examine yourself. maybe your temperment needs to be adjusted. are you edgy without the juice?
then you could work on alternatives to think of and do when you get angry. also determine what your triggers are and run scenarios in your head of how you could turn it into a joke instead.
comedy could be your best tool for getting friends, girls and keeping them.
i think reexamining yourself and restructuring how one thinks and reacts to stimuli will be better for you in the long run.
we all know people who are jerks, i sure don't want to be seen as the 'jerk'

Go to anger management or psychiatrist. I don't believe it is the AAS that causes this outbursts. I believe you are in the state of mind that makes you believe that since you are on AAS, it is the AAS that causes them. It is mainly the persons personality that has to do with it. If you can't control your temper and you are a violent person. On or OFF, you are a tempermenthal violent person. Just my 2cents.

Discipline and control
I know exactly what you are saying about the "aggresiveness" but roid rage in my opinion is a myth. The only people that get roid rage are those that had problems with aggression or short tempers prior to taking the "juice" therefore they should not take them. I would suggest you purchase a book titled "As a Man thinketh" by James Allen..costs you $5 @ Barnes&Noble it will save you hundreds...a quote from the book"Act is the blossom of thought, suffering and joy are its' fruits"....so practice discipline and control man..your adult enough to take "juice" be a man deal with the side effects like an adult..Peace
