    popping in elbow---please help

hey everybody i posted here about a week ago for the same problem only got like 1 response though so i guess ill try again...
its time to do my tricep exercises again and i am noticing when i do tricep extensions ovre head....after fully extending my arm, when i start to bring it down, tension builds up in my elbow area between my triceps and my elbow,, and when i bring it down it pops...for the most part it is just anoying but it does start to get a bit painful

someone said this could just be my tendon scraping my bone or something...but i sure don't enjoy it

is this something i should see a doctor or something about? it seems to do this for all tricep exercises i do, if i plan on using any decent weight......

i relaly don't wnt to injure myself by pushing myself too far.....
does anyone else experience this? know how to deal with it?

    all help is much appreciated

    thank you all!!

    by the way

i also tried using less weight and it does seem to decrease the intensity of the pop and the chance of it happening....but it is disappointing because i know i can hold more weight......

is this popping saying - no you can't handle that much weight , you need to be stronger?

or do you think there another motive behing the popping...

once again all help is greatly appreciated

    thanks

My guess is that you have a subluxation of your radius (forearm bone on the thumb side).

Go to a chiropractor, but specifically one that is a CCEP (Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner).
