OK so I took some phenibut last night and I think I took to much. I took it at about 11:00pm and didnt go to bed till about 3:30am and that kinda when it kick in full blast. I woke up at 8:00am and ran straight to the bathroom to throw up and ever since I have had a real bad phenibut hangover. So I ask if I can do anything? Everytime I try to eat I end up throwing up????? If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

damn it took that long to pass? this is worse then any alcohol hangover I have ever had. The first dose is the gnarliest...it really creeps up on you because it doesn't really get crankin until about 2 hours after you take it...and by that time you've doubled the dose because you think you need more for an effect.
The first time I did it I got too much too, took quite a while (all day at least) to start to feel normal again. I think that was about 2g.
Hm, wonder if drinking lots of water would help.
