Depth in chest and back - Disability Advice Required

HI

I am disabled due to severe injuries to my right leg.

My training is going really well but obviously I do all of my exercises sat down and I want to create some depth to my chest and back. I understand upright and bent over rows are the best exercises for this but I cant do them because I need to sit down when trraining. I cant take too much weight through my legs -

ANY IDEAS PLEASE ?????????

CHEERS

Can you do chest supported rows? I would also look at the different hammer strength rows, those almost always allow you to sit while doing them.

I dont know what those exercises are. Are there any websites that would demonstrate the exercises you have mentioned.

Cheers

Shane, are you attending a commercial gym? A good gym will have the equipment DallasLynx mentioned, or something similar to it.

What kind of exercises are you doing now?

All of these are seated and will build back thickness. For chest it's even easier as even freeweights are done lying on benches.

Yes I am attending a commercial gym, although I am the only disabled person there. However I will have a look for the equipment mentioned by Dallaslynx.

I now know what chest supported rows are and the Hammer Strength Rows are, they both look fantastic thanks.
