    some good bulking snacks

What are some good bulking snacks to stuff your face with when your hungry? I have 6 meals a day with fish, shakes, tuna, chicken, steak etc but im always hungry. Another thing is that i have 2 go shopping every 2 days which really gets annoying so I was looking for a snack that I could use and save me some food.

What about whole wheat crackers? Wheat thins? Any1 else have any ideas? Thanks!

Oatmeal is cheap...add a serving of protein powder to it and you've got yourself an awesome meal. I have that a couple of times a day between main meals and it fills me up pretty well. You could also try almonds..they go well with cottage cheese..just don't eat too many of them I'll let you know if I think of any others...

All nuts make great snacks (try to be a little mature and not make a joke about that). They're rich in protein, fiber, antioxidants, and good fats. Plus, they're packed with calories so you don't have to eat a lot of them and you'll save money.

    20-30 minutes?!?!!
Just take half a cup of oats, 1 cup water, and stick it in the microwave for 2 minutes and BAM. It's done. Or if you do a wholecup, 1 cup oats, 1 3/4 cup water for about 4 minutes (maybe less maybe more) in the microwave and BAM. It's done. hehehehe

how do you guys cook oatmeal with whey powder? I usually cook oatmeal by boiling the water and then throwing the oats in there for another 3-4 minutes. THen i drain out the water and eat it as it lumps together.

I don't usually cook it with the whey powder. After I'm done microwaving it I just throw some whey on it, stir it up and add a bit of milk. If you're cooking it in a pot then just cook it normally, put it in a bowl, then add it. I use it like I used to use brown sugar.

Are sunflower seeds good for bulking?
Why wouldn't someone want to take care of their own body?
