Need to know what is the best protein powder for me
I have just started going back to the gym for the first time im 2 years. I am taking Nitro Tech and Creatine right now and I wonder if there is some better out there for protein intake and gains in strength and muscle.

yea there are a lot better proteins out there then nitro tech. U could look into ON's 100% whey or dymatize elite whey.

I suggest Dymatize Elite it's cheaper than that Nitro-Tech stuff your currently taking.

First of all, drop the nitro-crap ( horrible company with bad overall products
). Next, you should establish what price you plan on spending on your protein. Some(read "most") people will recommend ON 100%, but I'd say it's far from the best protein. However, it does have a good balance of price/protein. Definitely look for a good isolate, but it really comes down to whether or not you're going to spend more for the higher quality stuff.
