Im new
Hey guys, I'm new. I am another skinny guy (5'11 130-140), and I want to be super toned, not BIG.
About a week ago I would go out every night to this park and do Chin-ups pull-ups, push ups... all those fun things.
can u guys list some good bodyweight exercises I can do at my park?
this park is HUGE lots of stuff to do so list all of them. THX

why does some new skinny guys here think like this?...u cant get HUGE in one night u wont wake up one morning with bulging 22 inch biceps, 8 pack and a huge 60 inch chest, then drop to ur knees and say "noooo i've become huge" it takes ALOT of time...BULK UP!!

um... I never said that i could get buff in a few days.. i know it takes more than 6 weeks to see results (sometimes less).Im trying to make a routine! ...anyways thx for the vid! First i thought it was to g for me but they got some real good **** in it! thx!

looking at ur pic u could use a bulk, u so skinny dude
if u want to get cut....i have no clue what u would be cutting except for getting more skinny....yea it takes 6 weeks to see noob results other than that u cant get like arnold in a month if thats what ur thinking

im looking for advice.... and Ive tried to bulk.. my genetics are of the most skinniest people in the world. Ill post a pic of my dad when he was 19 in a couple if i can find it. You try bulking with my genetics.

you don't train to become toned, you train to get bigger and then maintain that size, you need to eat more and just carry on doing pullups, chinups, dips, pushups etc. you'd be better off joining a gym.
Why don't you post a picture of what you ideally want to look like just so we can get things in perspective.

the street workout is nice but i dont think you can get that big with out free weights.

It's hard for people with verrrry high metabolism to bulk. Was on a plan to gain weight. one that my doctor set up for me, for 5 months I gained 5 pounds

Man, half the poeple here tying to get "big" can't, because of bad genetics, diet, exercise routine, etc.
If you decided today you wanted to get "big", in about 2 years you would look like an "average" bodybuilder. When you start out, its not a lifestyle or skill that comes overnight.

I am the same way at 4k calories, i always feel like yacking. I heard if you give it a week or two it goes away as your stomach stretches. I am willing to feel this way for two weeks, but then again I dont care about being toned yet, I just wanna bulk
