I feel so, rather than bulk cut and waste valuable time and excess dollars on food to gain, then lose... who agrees. this way is better than bulking and cutting.

The Diet (Lean Muscle Mass)

2 bowls oatmeal
1 banana = 360 cals
meal 2
protein shake made with:
2 bowls oatmeal, 2 bananas, half gallone f/f milk = 1700 cals
meal 3
2 bowls of pasta
glass of water = 400 cals
meal 4
protein shake same as above = 1700 cals
meal 5
4 bowls pasta
1 tuna sandwhich
1 glass of milk = 1300 cals
meal 6
2 bananas
huge bowl of fat free ice cream with 2 peanut butter cookies = 500 cals
total calories= 5,960
The Workout

Circuit Training 4 times a week
dumbells and free weights light weight high repetitions.
