oats
yeah protein from tuna is great, no doubt.
but theres only so much your body is going to utalize threw p.synthesis into new muscle,
what you want is alot of oats, because the energy from oats i.e carbs and EFA's will help crteate the energy to make new muscle
P.s which is a hell of alot-hence the bulk.
plus its cheap and good for you, have it with milk
beans, legumes, certain grains help- pretty cheap
efa's in tuna are good so alot of sandwhiches
alot of bbq fish' beef etc etcBoy Racer for Hire.

That post was a joke right? A standard 6oz can of tuna has 150-250 calories depending if it is in water or oil. A standard 6oz can of tuna also has around 35g of protein. In case you didnt know, protein builds muscle tissue. You tear your muscles while exercising, then you rebuild them through proper nutrition and adequate rest. Bulking isnt just eating 3500-4000 calories, which by the way isnt a staple number. Everyone has different caloric needs.

That's what I generally eat when bulking. Don't neglect the good fats. You gotta go through hell to get the body made in heaven.

The cheapest things I can think of are:
Tuna
Peanuts
Sweet Potatoes
Apples
Bannanas
Oats
Eggs
Milk
Whatever is on sale at your shopping place.
I'd also take a look around my favorite place in the world, if there is one near you: Sam's Club

i think its the second cheapest protein source (to tuna)
i mean, 2 bux for 60 grams protein and its so easy and fun to eat.... esp with pb
amazing stuff
good carb sources - brown rice, oats, steel mill oats, chick pea, black beans, red kidney beans, more beans ( i love my beans)
