does anyone have a good healthy recipe for chicken breast and salmon? I was suppose to start my cutting diet in september but I haven't got around to eating right cause I just finished a bulking phase. Throughout my entire bulking diet I've only eaten steak, chicken breast and salmon so I'm really sick of it now. But I really need a recipe so I can start cutting properly...I've added cardio to my weight training (seperate days) but it's probably doing nothing for me since my diet is incomplete...if any of you guys got a good recipe please post.
regards

Wantstobeinshap,
I've been eating salmon for a while now. Get it at Costco from teh frozen section (they sell something like 8 steaks for $13 bucks not bad if you consider the ammount) . I do it the easiest way possible in teh microwave. Microwave dish with a lid, maybe a little open to vent. 4.5 - 5 minutes for 7-8 ounces. Pour some lemon juice spices and heat. That simple and a good nutritious meal in 5minutes. I normally also add some frozen veggies in with it and cook it all together. Add another 20 seconds to the final cooking time.----\ www.givelife.org /----

Grill that mofo
With cutting, you should always grill your meat. Do it on a George or on a regular grill.
For chicken breasts, I like to sprinkle a bit of low fat Parmesan on it bf grilling...mmm. One 4oz chicken breast is only 130 calories, so that won't hurt your diet too much.
With salmon, I just use salt or black pepper before grilling. You gotta go through hell to get the body made in heaven.

For the salmon, try a little dill sauce on the side. I make it with fat free sour cream, some dried dill from the bottled seasoning section, and a little salt and pepper.
One of the ways I cook salmon is to buy the fresh filet slab o fish, put it in a pot with a half inch or so of water, add salt, pepper, sliced onions, sliced ginger, and any other seasonings you like. Poach (boil gently) for 8 - 10 minutes, then chill the whole pot in the fridge. After its chilled, the skin comes off real easy, I eat it cold or at room temperature with dill sauce. Goes down easy, and the best part for me is it does not smell too fishy or stink up the house.
