Scivation Xtend

Ok here's the rundown:

To Dito it looks like a decent little blend. I have been using it for 3 days now. I used it last night for my workout. I have to say wow. I did notice a difference in my performance. I have to use around 8 scoops a day though as I weigh 220.

Here is a little guide for the best times to use Xtend:

First thing upon waking(in the morning of course, or whenever you have had a long period of fasting). Doing so will kick you body out of catabolism quick*snaps fingers*

Times during the day when you think you may miss a meal, or didn't eat enough,OR... want some extra protein.

obviously pre, during and post workout(most of your daily intake should be applied here)

very good product, i just wish I had some ORANGE Xtend to mix with my orange v12, not my purple xtend mixing with my orange v12, yes you can imagine how bad that tastes

I have only used it for 2 days at 5 scoops, 1 pre, 3 during workout and 1 post workout. I like the flavor but i add in Gatorade Riptide Grape for workout carbs. I am using it with Neurostim and the link to my log is in my sig. thanks again Marc

compared to ICE, its not. Its just a supplement to supply your body with BCAAs and glutamine just like ICE but it has Citrulline Malate in it for the same price as ICE.

This stuff will last depending on how many days you workout and how many scoops you decide to use. I think 4-5 scoops is good

Big props to Marc on this i have just started it taking 3 servings per day. Its taste great so far I will do a review on it soon

There are 90 servings per container, so it lasts a while depending on how much you take. 3 servings per day will last a month.

Dito, by your estimates, which tastes better: ICE or Xtend?

I think MRM has the best-tasting BCAA-blend out there (better than ICE). There any chance of Xtend topping it?

Xtend, the grape flavor is light, but i mix it with riptide rush gatorade powder and then it really tastes great. I used ICE for 1 1/2 years

I'm not really sure. They both kinda taste the same to me.

im doing a log on it, i dont mix them. I take Neurostim 30-40minutes before workout, then Xtend 10minutes pre workout (1 scoop), 3 scoops during workout and 1 scoop post workout with riptide rush gatorade powder

I use ICE Fruit Punch and I can't stand it. Maybe I got an overflavored batch or something but it's horrible. I like the results though. Is Xtend's taste at least non-offensive?

ICE Grape is better, but I believe Xtend Refreshing Grape is better

I hope all is well, and you had and your wife had a happy holiday season.
How is all going with Scivation? And with Nutrition Club in Canada?
They are a great distributor to have on your side...
Have you been able to get Xtend in Canada? I am sure you would do quite well with it here, since there are very few quality BCAA products out here in the market...If you need any help for regulatory info, etc, just let me know.

I want to trya bcaa+glut product, but I have a problem with each one, except MRM. They all contain Acesulfame K.

I know im probably going to get bashed, but I feel that the increase in cancer risk is not worth the extra pounds. Supplements are suppose to better you.

Im not even happy with the sucralose in MRM, but I realize that bcaa powder taste like sh*t, so they have to do something.

I am probably going to try each, but definately not stay on any of them for a long period of time, maybe except for MRM.

Am I being too careful? My family does have a huge cancer history. Basically everyone died from it on both my mom and dads side...

Are these the top 3 bcaa + glutamine powders? Xtend, ICE, and MRM?

Bro's, XTEND is the best recovery and during workout drink around! You will notice a huge difference and it adds a great taste to your water!
