Well it seems the only fat I have, or want to get rid of is the fat that is over my abbs. Recently I've been running a mile a day in the morning and slowly but surely I can see my abbs more clearly without flexing. Is running a good cardio for getting rid of stomach fat? Also is this an alright idea...Running 1 mile in the morning before going to work then running 1 mile after working out at the gym at about 8:00 PM?
