What's a good weight loss pill?

My girlfriend is about 10 pounds above her perfect weight. She joined the gym a couple of weeks ago and started a new diet, which she has been following closely.

I would like to know what diet pill I should recommend to help her lose weight along with the diet and exercise.

She has tried those carb blockers(which did not work) and ripped fuel which made her feel sick all the time(might be too strong). She seems to be a little sensitive to stimulantes, nothing major though.

Nothing. She should be able to shed the fat in a few weeks with a new diet and workout.

Dont forget 2 tell her that she may not loose as much weight as she wants due to having more LBM though.

sesathin works for bulking and cutting. In bulking it helps prevent fat gain and in cutting it aids in fat loss.

It was originally bought out as a fatloss aid.

Ive had excellent results taking XENADRINE EFX I take 2 in the am and 2 in early pm- i am 6'1'' 180 pounds i was 260 pounds this was in 1 year as of last sept in 2003. i look like a new person. But keep in mind that its not all in the pill XENARDRINE its what you eat and how much you train- i workout with weights 5 days a week and do 30 minutes to 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week eat low carbs and focus on life its all how you set your goals and stick to them.

I doubt the EFX had that much of an impact. The eph. free version is pretty crappy.

i agree with you with the xenadrine not having much to do with the weight loss but it sure helped my motivation the key is watch what you eat and work out and lots and lots of cardio.
