Talking I lost 10 lbs! WAHOO!

I kind of fell off of the wagon for awhile on working out. I was going to the gym every night for an hour, but got burned out or lazy or something. I lost about 5 lbs then, but it fluctuated quite a bit. Then, I got a job on the fire department and have to do PT every shift. I walk a lap around the block that my station is on, then run up and back down the hose tower stairs (100' tower), and repeat this about 8 times, if I'm not interrupted with a call. I weighted myself this morning and dropped 10 lbs. I've only been on the department for 1 1/2 months. My wife was telling me that she could tell that I'd lost weight. I have a ways to go--still have the gut and man-boobs, but I'm slimming down gradually.
